If you are having trouble paying your bill, please call us first. We can assist you in creating a payment arrangement, extending your due date or making a partial payment. Please reach out before the final date on your reminder notice as those options are only available up until that date. At this time, we are not performing any disconnects for non-payment; we will continue to evaluate the situation as it evolves. Customers who are behind on payment will still owe for service, but will not lose power or water at this time.
