Having trouble accessing your account?

For brand new customers, your account number will not be recognized until after the first statement has been generated. If you believe your first statement has been generated and you are still having trouble registering your account, please contact our office at 916-774-5300.

Existing customers that have previously used CSS may be able to view some new account information but will need to register the new account number using the same email address and password as your previous account to have full access to CSS features, including making a payment.
